Guard Viewer

I can't play back multiple cams simultaneously (so if I want to see/save an event that was recorded at multiple angle). No matter what they're always a couple seconds off from each other. I can't set it to always show HD so having to switch it to HD during playback also causes sync issues. No longer allows me to view when away from home. Not happy with this clunky app at all.

Still getting used to the app, but overall it is great compared to the other app used for my cheaper security system. The big problem I'm having is trying to set a detection area for a couple of my cameras. When I get into that option and try to begin drawing or creating the detection area, the symbols/commands to begin the actual area overlay the phone nav controls (3 symbol navigation system) and either reduces the screen or causes the app to return to the previous screen. Please change! TY

I've been experiencing issues with the app; specifically, five of the cameras are not connecting. I have gone through all the troubleshooting steps, but unfortunately, nothing seems to have helped. It might be an issue with the app itself.
