I can't play back multiple cams simultaneously (so if I want to see/save an event that was recorded at multiple angle). No matter what they're always a couple seconds off from each other. I can't set it to always show HD so having to switch it to HD during playback also causes sync issues. No longer allows me to view when away from home. Not happy with this clunky app at all.

I have been using Guard Viewer with my 4COVR CCTV system for almost two years and I love it. It is very user friendly, has a desktop version, and I love the fact that any changes made in the app updates the NVR settings and vise versa. I am able to take stills of events, easily downloaded footage and can attach to any email platform that can be sent to law enforcement and/or insurance companies. Great platform. Thank you.

Very frustrating. App picks hi-def and when the signal slows it doesn't adjust to medium or low. It just freezes. You have to select low and then it goes to medium and back to high. Then signal slows for a sec and you have to start all over!
